New Mediterranean restaurant Ivy & Vine and The Stone Wall Takeaway opening April 2026.

We are a local family who have lived in Celbridge for many years. We have been lucky to raise our family here and now to see our granddaughter enjoying all that Celbridge has to offer.

Celbridge is a town full of history and character, from Castletown House and its avenue to Connolly's Folly, and from the legacy of Arthur Guinness and Jonathan Swift to the Grand Canal and the new greenway at Hazelhatch. It's a place with a strong sense of community and so much natural beauty right on our doorstep.

Through Ivy & Vine we hope to celebrate that heritage and sense of community with everyone, bringing people together around great food, good company and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.

We are excited to bring Mediterranean flavours to Celbridge, with a particular focus on Spanish and Canarian influences. With a third-generation chef from Tenerife in our extended family, our Canarian twist on Spanish cooking blends modern Mediterranean techniques with traditional flavours which hopefully will evoke memories of favourite holidays and destinations.

We hope to open in early April and look forward to welcoming you to our newly refurbished and reimagined space.
